| Purchaser acknowledges that products sold by Turn One, Inc. are manufactured for racing applications. Purchaser acknowledges that racing is a dangerous sport! Purchaser agrees that he/she will not use Turn One products while under the influence of alcohol or any illegal substance. Purchaser and his/her heirs, successors, assigns, and/or privies, agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Turn One, and its owners, employees, directors, officers, agents, related parties and entities, and privies, harmless from any and all liability, loss, damage, expense, claim, demand, suit, proceeding, fine, penalty, cost, or judgment Turn One may have arising out of or relating to any of Turn One's products. Any and all Purchasers of Turn One products through this website agree to these terms. |

| We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon submittance of your order. |

We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We will charge a $50 fee on all returned checks.

| Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 1:00PM EST will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 1:00 PM EST will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday, or major US holidays.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Turn One or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. If you require a product by a certain date or time, please place your order by phone and we will do our best to accommodate your situation. |

| We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 1:00PM EST, or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. |

| For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order. |

| Turn One shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of Michigan. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes. |

| All returns/exchanges must be accompanied by an RMA number obtained from Turn One's Customer Service Department. Turn One will gladly replace/repair products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Turn One will determine whether the product is to be replaced or repaired once the product has been returned and inspected by our engineers. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted and rectified within 30 days from the date of purchase. If the product that you ordered does not work in your application for some reason, Turn One will gladly exchange the product within 30 days. If you decide that you do not want/need the product, Turn One will refund the purchase price, minus a 20% restocking fee, within 30 days. Shipping costs to or from Turn One will not be covered or refunded in the event of a return. If a part is needed to be exchanged, Turn One will only cover the shipping of the replacement part to the customer. |

| In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, Turn One will notify you, the consumer, of the error. You, the consumer, shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and you cancel your order, Turn One shall issue a credit to your account within 3 business days. |
