All returns/exchanges must be accompanied by an RMA number obtained from Turn One’s Customer Service Department. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted and rectified within 30 days from the date of purchase. If the product that you ordered does not work in your application for some reason, Turn One will gladly exchange the product within 30 days. If you decide that you do not want/need the product, Turn One will refund the purchase price, minus a 20% restocking fee, within 30 days. Shipping costs to or from Turn One will not be covered or refunded in the event of a return.
